Time Warner may have solved its fee struggle with Disney. We've been getting that creepy ad played more often that Time Warner customers may have to do without all of the ESPN and Disney channels, if there were no agreement.

One would hope ESPN3 is included in these negotiations, which Time Warner still does not provide access.
