My Saint Patrick's Day this year consisted of getting a giant corned beef just around the corner from me at the Old Brooklyn Deli. I'm not sure how they do year-round but on March 17, the crowds are always huge. They really pile it on and do a good job.

I still prefer Goodman's, but why go there or Slyman's today where you need a GPS just to find the end of the line, let alone grab some sammies.

Meal of Links

The trailer for the Bill Hicks (only the best comedian ever) doc is out. This is on my must-see list.

Check out this school lunch. What a lame-looking cheeseburger.

Kate Winslet and Sandra Bullock are or soon may be available again.

"Treme" starts on HBO on April 11. If it's half as good as "The Wire", it should be a great ride.

While Kucinich changes to a "yes" vote on healthcare, another "yes" vote is probably more important. Rep. Kildee goes along.

Exercise Yard

The Madness starts tomorrow. S. and I were at Hoopples taco night last night to do a combo bracket for a pool. Decent enough grub, but probably not the 5 stars the PD claimed. You get bean, chicken or beef at 2 for 3 dolla. Can't beat the view or cheap Labatts before 8.

Here are my picks for Thursday:

Kansas
Northern Iowa
San Diego State
Georgetown

Butler
Murray State ("What? You're doing brackets?")
BYU
Kansas State

Kentucky
Texas
Washington
New Mexico

Old Dominion
Baylor
Richmond
Villanova

Final Four: Kansas, BYU, West Virginia, Duke

Visitor

52 Across: Legendary archer (11 letters) Answer: William Tell
