3-D TVs just aren't selling. So much so, that ESPN may shut down ESPN 3-D. Probably ahead of its time, but with not much programming, added expenses like 3-D goggles and a shitty economy, what do you expect?

3D - It's the goggles. No one wants to pay that much for extra goggles. Like tape and disc formats they need to agree on a single standard. That way I don't have to buy extra goggles (and keep them all sanitized) when you come over for the game. You bring your own. PFS
